Overview
There is a moment in wine when everything changes. Silently. And that is where Fermento is born. An intimate and immersive experience, designed to guide you into the most authentic heart of Le Manzane winery, where wine takes shape and identity. The journey opens in our Vigneto Solidale, a unique place in the world, to immediately connect with nature and the origin of everything. It continues in the pressing area and then inside the winery, descending into the evocative space carved into the hillside: here time slows down, temperatures drop and wine evolves far from everything. It is precisely in this space that you will experience one of the most authentic moments of the experience: direct tasting from the tank, in the midst of the wine's transformation. The experience concludes with a guided tasting of 2 glasses of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, accompanied by a gourmet platter with local cheeses and cured meats, paired with our own wildflower honey.
